Customer Phone support manager helps Poster customers familiarize themselves with the product and all components of the automation system, answers simple and complex questions by phone, collects feedback .Our phone support is unique, because you will communicate with owners, administrators and other employees of cafes, bars, restaurants and maintain long-term relationships. What you will do: Answer 40-50 calls per day from Poster customers and help them with simple and complex questions. Lead and monitor questions and customer inquiries from start to full resolution. Together with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams, be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best support and are satisfied with Poster. Constantly study the product and its features, monitor new features. Observe and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs in order to make the Poster product better together with other teams.
