Basic requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Experience as an OP engineer at production/industrial enterprises
• Experience of working with expert, expert-technical organizations and regulatory bodies
• Experience of implementing management systems in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001
• Knowledge of current Ukrainian legislation and international standards
• Practical experience in investigating accidents and incidents at production enterprises
< li style="font-weight: 400">Skills for conducting security audits
• Knowledge of professional risk assessment methods and experience in implementing risk-based approaches
• Knowledge of the rules and means of monitoring compliance of the technical condition of equipment with safety requirements
• Fundamentals of planning, budgeting, general economic knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of management systems in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001
• Control of the operation of the OP and PB management system in production
• Control of compliance with the requirements of the rules of the actual condition of machines, mechanisms, vehicles, equipment and tools, operation of equipment, protective equipment, tests, inspections in the unit, conducting safety audits at the workplaces of the unit
• Monitoring the execution of the instructions of the regulatory bodies in the unit
• Implementation of measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, development and implementation of corrective measures based on the results of inspections and investigations of incidents
• Conducting complex inspections of structural units of the enterprise and preparing documents based on the results of inspections< /li>
• Development of the regulatory framework (instructions, regulations, standards) of the enterprise
• Organization and control of training, briefings, inspections of knowledge and/or electricityon-line testing of knowledge on labor protection issues, availability of labor protection instructions, technological maps at workplaces, training in the unit, compliance with labor protection and fire safety requirements
• Control of employee provision enterprises with means of collective and individual protection, special clothing, special equipment and their use
• Organization of risk assessment at the workplaces of the enterprise
• Participation in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases at work
• Provision of methodical assistance to heads of departments in the development of programs, regulations, instructions and other documents on OP and PB
• Conducting briefings on OP and PB issues in the unit
• Control of compliance with legislation
• Conducting internal audits of company facilities
