Planning resources within your domain, creating development plans for projects, and aligning resource utilization plans with Project Managers and other Engineering Managers. Monitoring the actual workload, deadlines, and quality ofwork ofemployees within your domain. Initiating replanning when there are changes inthe composition orstatus oftasks. Validating business requirements and working with Product Managers toensure the quality and completeness ofrequirements. Developing and aligning technical solutions within your domain with other Engineering Managers. Ensuring documentation (and documentation updates) ofdevelopments within your domain. Requirements: Atleast 3years ofproven experience inmanaging projects and teams Experience indesigning systems using modern approaches and technologies. Experience indesigning highly scalable systems. Proficiency inthe following technologies: Python, Django, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis. Basic understanding ofPHP concepts and frameworks. Experience with systems supporting the SMTP protocol isaplus. Experience inPeople Management, team leadership, and team development. Demonstrated responsibility and ability towork independently.
