By joining us, you will become part of a fully independent, interdisciplinary product team, which includes 8 experienced engineers (Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, QA, DevOps), a Product Manager and a Designer. Together with your team, you will work on the development of a product that supports GDPR consents, which is used by hundreds of thousands of people every month and which, in the era of global legislative and market changes, is in the phase of intensive growth and scaling. You will also collaborate with and support the team in product development at every stage of the development cycle: from planning to release and maintenance. Great communication skills and a set of tools to help you conduct meetings. Experience in supporting the development of team members Excellent communication skills Strategic thinking - the ability to translate the company's strategy into team activities Risk management Stakeholder management - communication, building relationships Fluent knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence Fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing (C1) Fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing (C1) Additional advantages: Using modern tools for leaders in work with a team based on concepts such as Management 3.0 and similar Knowledge of web analytics (i.e. practical knowledge of products such as Google Analytics, Google Ads , Adobe Analytics or similar) Practical knowledge of User Story Mapping or other techniques of dividing larger functions/projects into smaller elements.
