Job Responsibilities: Resourcing responsibilities: Build aneffective organization with about 200+ employees and managerial structure inthe engineering group. Support interactions between engineering/resource groups and other units, shared services within the company. Promote the company culture within the engineering group, promote the company image for external candidates and employees. Optimize and maintain the pool structure tosupport resource group development. Develop and realize along-term plan for engineering group development according tothe company strategy. Pre-sales: Active participation inpre-sales activities Participate ininsurance oftechnical feasibility ofthe solution, commitment and estimations within pre-sales process Participate ininsurance ofsuccessful conversion ofops into project incompliance with best practises ofCapability Technical: Contribute into the quality standards onpractice level Ensure technical supervision ofquality standards inthe project tobefollowed byeach team member New specialty launch upon business demand.
