How it is you who can influence the development of the company:

• set goals for engineers through OKR, adjust processes to achieve business indicators
• facilitation of cross-team interaction, work with risks and blockers
• propose, develop, support , control development processes and the overall SDLC
• plan, coordinate, prioritize and monitor technical and business tasks and initiatives
• implement practices to improve planning and deliver tasks on time
• people management: one -on-one, construction of PDP, direct participation in hiring teammates

Challenges for six months:
• familiarize yourself with the team, processes, priorities and challenges
• fully take over direct EM responsibilities from the team (PO, TL) < br/>• maintain current product development metrics
• propose and implement a 3-6 month team performance improvement plan

To achieve results, you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in field of software development
• from 3 years of experience in managing technical teams
• business orientation and focus on results
• technical expertise in mobile development or management of mobile application development
• people management of teams with focus on developing and supporting teammates to achieve successful results
• effective communication of complex solutions in both business and technical languages

Of course, we will teach, but it is good to have:

• experience on projects with microservice architecture, API-first approaches, automated testing, CI/CD

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of pay)
• day off on your birthday as percompany run
• day off for blood donation
