Join us as a Engineering Manager to be instrumental to the success of our engineering teams. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience as a People Manager, strong technical skills to support their engineers, strong delivery skills, experience working with agile teams and experience with our tech stack. Our banking services are built as DistributedMicroservices (Java) with Kafka as the messagingbackbone in a CQRS Event Sourced architecture. Our Platform is hosted in Kubernetes in AWS. We use a gitops (pull-based) deployment modelwhere everything-is-code and our infrastructure isimmutable. We have built our platform with cloudportability in mind and have used Open SourceSoftware where possible. Our Data Analyticsenvironment is hosted in GCP and utilised BigQuery. We meet 2 times a month in the office in Warsaw the rest remotely.
