Responsibilities:

• Lead and Coordinate: Guide and support a team of engineers, ensuring they work efficiently and productively.
• Research and Suggest the overall Architecture: contribute to foundational engineering decisions behind the project
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement long-term plans for our projects.
• Manage Projects: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our goals.
• Ensure Technical Quality: Supervise the technical aspects of projects, maintaining high standards.
• Foster Team Growth: Encourage and facilitate the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in the engineering field, and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Understanding and involvement in the military technology field.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of robotics, programming languages (C/C++, Python), control systems, and sensor technologies. Familiarity with IoT, ARM development (STM32, etc.), ROS, and RTOS is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate engineering teams.
• Project Management Proficiency: Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Ukrainian and English.
