We invite you to join the product teamEngineering Manager What you will do: Implement and support the practice of planning technical initiatives and be responsible for their implementation; work on optimization of SDLC processes, tools and standards in the company; Contribute to data security; Work closely with other teams of the product department on various strategic initiatives and projects; Implement performance evaluation and performance management tools, PDP implementation; Act as manager-coordinator for the technical team leaders. We need you if you: Have 2+ years of experience managing a development team; Had experience (minimum 2 years) of software development in any programming language or other engineering experience in IT product development; Participated in the development of functionality that needed coordination of inter-team interaction; Know and be able to use Kanban/Scrum/Lean, SDLC in work; Have experience working with Atlassian products.
