Job Description:

• Analyzing and assessing tasks within your domain, organizing development and implementation processes.
• Planning resources within your domain, creating development plans for projects, and aligning resource utilization plans with Project Managers and other Engineering Managers.
• Monitoring the actual workload, deadlines, and quality of work of employees within your domain.
• Initiating replanning when there are changes in the composition or status of tasks.
• Validating business requirements and working with Product Managers to ensure the quality and completeness of requirements.
• Developing and aligning technical solutions within your domain with other Engineering Managers.
• Ensuring documentation (and documentation updates) of developments within your domain.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing projects and teams
• Experience in designing systems using modern approaches and technologies.
• Experience in designing highly scalable systems.
• Proficiency in the following technologies: Python, Django, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Basic understanding of PHP concepts and frameworks.
• Experience with systems supporting the SMTP protocol is a plus.
• Experience in People Management, team leadership, and team development.
• Experience developing products with personal account, products like (2FA, short URL, 2- WAY SMS, OneAPI).
• Demonstrated responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively under stress.
