Engineering Manager in snov.io

We are looking for an enterprising and proactive Engineering Manager who will identify business needs and propose ways to solve them, through the implementation of complex infrastructure solutions.

It is expected to work directly with the architecture, it will be necessary to make technical decisions, to contribute to the improvement of the code base.To engage in the development of new and improvement of current microservices of the highly loaded Product based on the stack : PHP 8.1, MySQL 8, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Laravel⚡️

We are developing a sales automation platform and have already reached the mark of 3 millions of users💜

🔹It is important for us:

- At least 5 years of proven experience in the position of senior management, supervision of software development and technology operations.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Experience in roadmap organization, including product, technical and operational areas

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Experience with Highload systems, microservice architecture and the ability to design architecture from scratch

- Commitment to DevOps practices and experience in their application

- Experience with message brokers

- Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases

- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data 
- Ability analyze business needs and propose optimal infrastructure solutions
- Ability to identify and assess potential risks, work with objections and solve complex issues
- Strong leadership skills and focus on results
