In this position, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of several cross-functional teams and the implementation of numerous architectural challenges and solutions for the product payment platform.Requirements:7+ years of experience;Proficiency in NodeJS is a big plus;At least 2 years of working experience as an Development Manager, Engineering Manager, Architect, CTO, or similar role, ideally in fintech or payments industry environments;Extensive knowledge of system architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices;Strong understanding of distributed systems;Experience in building, implementing, and supporting high-load systems;Ability to convey technical details in simple language;Experience with SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus;Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ is a must.Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of the system architecture for the payment platform, considering scalability, reliability, performance, and security requirements;Manage engineering for multiple cross-functional teams working in different languages (NodeJS, Erlang, PHP) in relation to the frontend;Collaborate closely with other engineering managers to build architecture and solutions for the entire platform;Work with business analysts and product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions;Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability across the platform;Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, proactivity, and accountability for projects and teams;Design CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps;Coordinate technical debt and manage the technical backlog in collaboration with PMs and team leads;Design post-production processes, including metrics, monitoring, and logging.
