We invite you to join the product team Engineering Manager

What are you you will be engaged in:

Implement and support the practice of planning technical initiatives and be responsible for their implementation;

Procedurally contribute to the development of an engineering strategy and its implementation;

Continuous work on optimization of SDLC processes, tools and standards in the company;

Contribute to data security;

Work closely with other product department teams on various strategic initiatives and projects;

Implement performance evaluation and performance management tools, PDP implementation;

Act as a manager-coordinator for a team of technical leaders.

We need you if:

You have 2+ years of experience managing a development team;

Had experience (minimum 2 years) of software development in any programming language or other engineering experience in IT product development;

Participated in the development of functionality that required coordination of inter-team interaction;

You know and are able to use Kanban/Scrum/Lean, SDLC at work;

You have experience working with Atlassian products.
