Requirements: 1. Higher construction education. 2. Be able to work with a computer (knowledge of MS Office programs Word, Excel, Autocad)3. Must know: the procedure for developing and approving construction plans; the technology of construction works; construction norms and rules; the procedure for developing and issuing design and estimate and other technical documentation, keeping records and drawing up reports; the procedure for accepting works, objects and methods of controlling their quality Working conditions: Working days Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work in the office on the street Shevchenko, 80A, with visits to construction sites in the city of Lviv and the village of Bryukhovychy. Payment of salary twice a month. Responsibilities: Checks the compliance of the volumes of construction and installation works with the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawing, construction norms and rules. Participates in the review and approval of changes to design solutions that arise during construction , promptly solves the issue of replacing materials, products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction objects. Investigates the reasons that lead to non-fulfillment of construction deadlines and to the deterioration of the quality of construction and assembly works, participates in their elimination. Performs technical acceptance of completed construction installation works and objects, prepares the necessary technical documentation. Participates in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction objects and their commissioning. of objects, calculation of the cost of works, accounting of completed works. Compiles estimate documentation for additional works. Agrees with the customer on estimates, cost calculations of materials and works, volumes of completed works, specifications, acts of completed works. Issues project documentation for production. Keeps reports.
