We invite you to the position of Internal trainer. What you will need to do: conducting employee tests to determine the need for training, forming individual development plans. Developing training materials and their further implementation. internal technical training (basic hydraulics/electricity/mechanics and other tangents) for the Service Department/spare parts/sales of equipment Studying the John Deere equipment park and further training on certain basic elements of diagnostics/repairs Taking training from John Deere both in Ukraine and abroad Conducting an online university for training (appointment of training, monitoring of progress, compliance with requirements) Our wishes for the candidate: Technical education or technical experience, knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of machines and mechanisms English language not lower than the intermediate level Ability to travel on business trips (Kropivnytskyi/Odesa/Mykolaiv/ Pervomaisk) and for training abroad (we provide permission to cross the border) Ability to explain complex things in words accessible to listeners Preferably experience as a Product Specialist/Technical Advisor/Service Mechanic and other similar Ability to self-study (in the first 2 years of work there will be a lot of training 80% online, 20% on departure) Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint Driver's license category V We offer: 100% official salary, + annual bonus We provide a laptop, phone, we pay for mobile communication and the Internet; Medical insurance We provide a car We provide reservations from mobilization English language courses schedule Mon -Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can choose a place of work Kyiv/Kropivnytskyi/Mykolaiv/Odesa Send your resume, or if you have any questions, call!
