Engineer-technologist of food production in Voldi, TVK, TzOV (Chocoboom, TM)

The company "CHOCOBOOM", which is the standard of Galician recipe traditions in confectionery production, offers the job of a food production technologist. What needs to be done: Development, improvement and implementation of new products for production; Technological support after the introduction of new products (technological instructions, technological maps); Calculation of recipes, food, energy value, prescription of product composition; Calculation of indicators necessary for export of products; Calculation of consumption norms of raw materials, semi-finished products and packaging materials; Control of technological processes, consumption norms of raw materials and materials; Issuing recommendations on reducing product shortages; approval of changes made to the technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of the recipe, technological processes and production modes; Selection of alternative types of raw materials; Control of compliance with technological norms during the production of products. Management of work on the development of new technological processes developed. Requirements: education "technologist of food production"; work experience of 2 years as a technologist; knowledge of confectionery production is mandatory; organizational skills, demandingness.
