Engineer - Project Manager for electricity production (milled peat) using the cogeneration method in LEND GROU, TOV

A peat extraction and processing enterprise operating in the Rivne region invites cooperation with aHead of a cogeneration electricity production project. p>

We consider the option of project work and/or permanent employment depending on the results of the work. 

We expect that you have:

• education in the field of energy, engineering, ecology or related disciplines;
• Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in the field of electricity generation or project management in the energy sector, electricity generation from biomass;
• You have knowledge in the field of cogeneration technologies and the specifics of using milled peat as fuel;
• You have project management skills (planning, coordination and implementation of energy projects with deadlines and budget);
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts and standards regulating the production of electricity and the use of renewable energy sources (DSTU, ISO and other international standards in the field of energy);
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;
• Experience in managing project finances , including budgeting, cost control and preparation of financial reports.
• Analytical skills and problem solving ability

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and coordination;
• Team management;
• Monitoring and quality control;
• Financial management;
• Cooperation with external partners;
• Reporting and analysis, etc.
