The construction company "SOYUZBUDINVEST" announces a competition for the vacancy of an engineer of the production and technical department in connection with the construction of new facilities. The main tasks that will need to be performed: Drawing up and checking executive and technical documentation; Drawing up applications for the purchase of materials; Collection, analysis, processing of information, preparation of reports during the construction process; Accounting for the operation of leased mechanisms; Drawing up and accounting of acts of transfer of materials supplied by the Customer, acts of completed works; Verification of the scope of completed works for compliance with design and estimate documentation and actual prices; Control of the work of subcontractors according to the scope and quality of works , their compliance with project documentation and DBN; Solving urgent issues related to production activities; Participation in the work on conducting inventory; Requirements for our candidate: Higher construction education (PCB); Experience of working in construction in engineering and technical positions of 5 years or more; Knowledge of technological processes of construction; Ability to work with estimates; Knowledge of normative and technical literature (DBN, DSTU, SNiP...)
