Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the ventilation and air conditioning system of technological premises OMC/ROMCFunctional responsibilities: Technical support of infrastructure equipment (air conditioning systems and ventilation). Ensuring the main values ​​of key indicators for air conditioning systems. Planning and ordering materials and spare parts for the operation of infrastructure equipment. Control over the execution of service contracts by contractors and preparation of annual maintenance programs. Conducting periodic tests and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems. Monitoring the state of the environment in the technological premises of OMC/ROMC. Coordination of work with other departments, clients. Periodic preparation of statistics and reports on infrastructure systems. Minimum requirements 1. EducationLevel HigherField Electrical engineering, heat and gas supply and ventilation, refrigerating equipment2. Work experience: Up to 3 years3. Other requirements. Fluency in Ukrainian, English (basic) Computer experience: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Project. Driver's license Category B4.
