Functional tasks:
- Participation in ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of SAP systems;
- Administration of the powers (roles and profiles) of SAP system users;
- Performance of backup and restoration of SAP systems;
- Performance of periodic routine monitoring of SAP systems;
- Participation in projects for the development and modernization of the functionality of information systems;
- Participation in the processing of requests for service/resolution of incidents from users of information systems;
- Analysis of factors that affect the quality of the functioning of information systems and the provision of proposals for the elimination of identified shortcomings and optimization of work;
- Development of technological instructional materials on the work of users and information systems systems.
