Iengineer of the Department of Capital Construction (materially responsible person)

Functional duties:

• Ensuring accounting and movement of material values;
• Receiving, storing and issuing material values ​​from the warehouse, keeping records of their availability, movement, write-off and storage; 
• Processing of warehouse and accompanying documentation
• Preparation and preparation of invoices for release and internal movement, acts of write-off, acts of commissioning, defective information, service notes and other documents.
• Checking of material values received for compliance with accompanying documents
• Participation in loading and unloading works
• Inventory of tangible assets
• Participation in conducting an inventory, drawing up results, identifying shortages, spoilage and malfunctions.

Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of the rules for accepting, storing, accounting and writing off tangible assets;
• Skills in creating warehouse, accounting and accompanying documentation;
• Knowledge of the procedure for conducting an inventory of material assets;
• Ability to work with accounting programs for material assets (UVP, 1C or similar);
• Knowledge of labor protection, fire safety and industrial sanitation standards;
• Skills in working with primary documents and internal management documents of the enterprise.
• Experience in the field of warehouse accounting, logistics or in a similar position is desirable;
