Requirements: higher technical education; knowledge of AVK-5, AutoCAD, the ability to read drawings and estimates; knowledge of the technology of general construction and special construction works, commissioning works; knowledge of the current regulatory framework on pricing in construction; mastery of MS Office packages (experienced user); analytical mindset, systematic thinking, good communication skills, attentiveness, responsibility, decency. Responsibilities: keeping accumulative information on the scope of work; checking the acts of works performed by subcontractors (form KB-2, summary list of resources, certificate KB-3); checking estimates for compliance of volumes, materials, design decisions, etc.; analysis of price offers on the market of construction materials and works; preparation of cost estimates for materials, operation of machines and mechanisms; accounting for the acquisition and timely write-off of materials for objects; work with project documentation; participation in launch of delivery of new construction sites.
