In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for an Engineer of the operational department , who will join our team in Odessa.

Duties

• Help station owners perform remote repairs or adjustments on their own or with the help of our company's engineers or operator service personnel;
< li>to communicate with the owners of charging stations and their technical employees regarding the station's operability and options for repairing the stations;
• to keep records of non-working stations, troubleshooting options, monitor the process until the station is returned to normal operation;
• li>maintain communication with the development department regarding circuit and software updates;
• do analytics of charging sessions to determine the causes of failures or software or physical problems;
• update station software via the web -backend interface, as well as software updates of individual modules with the help of development department employees.

Requirements:

• Understanding the operation of electrical equipment and automation systems;
• general knowledge of control devices, communication protocols between them;
• basic knowledge of Linux system operation;< /li>
• basic knowledge of the English language;
• understanding of the principles of computer networks (TCP/IP protocols, WebSocket), as well as services such as a VPN server at the user level.
