The Nemiroff company is looking for a qualified Production Control and Automation Engineer (PCA) Functional responsibilities: diagnosis and repair of PCA equipment: pneumatic valves, electric valves, level sensors, pressure sensors, dosing devices, flow meters, temperature sensors, controllers, etc.; understanding of the principles automation of production processes, including knowledge of elementary programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other automation systems; ability to read and understand technical documentation, diagrams, technical drawings and other technical materials; understanding of properties and characteristics of materials used in production, including selection of the correct materials according to with the process; construction of a maintenance system and scheduled and preventive repairs of equipment; development of regulations, maintenance plans and scheduled repairs of equipment; estimation of costs for modernization and expansion of production facilities, coordination of tender documentation, negotiations with suppliers of equipment and spare parts, preparation of technical tasks .Requirements: higher technical education; work experience of 3 years or more (DESIRABLE in the field of alcohol production, with the organization and control of installation, repair work and maintenance of equipment); knowledge of the basics of programming for setting up and maintaining automated systems, including mastering PLC programming languages (for example: Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram); professional PC user, including programs: 1C, AutoCad, PowerPoint, Outlook, MATLAB, Minitab, Excel, SCADA, PLC, MES, QA-systems; responsibility, attentiveness and orientation on the result; the presence of orderly military registration documents (for conscripts under the age of 27 - a "certificate of military service" or a military card, over 27 years old - only a military card).
