Engineer of information and telecommunication systems of the 2nd category in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for an energetic and persistent professional for the position "Engineer of information and telecommunication systems, category 2". Main functional duties: - Ensuring timely registration and control of life cycles of IT and CS incidents; - Collection, processing and analysis of information from monitoring systems; - Processing of appeals internal users and partners of the Company; - Operational management of actions to eliminate abnormal situations in the area of ​​responsibility of IT and CS; - Execution of program actions, according to approved procedures and instructions; - Cooperation with responsible administrators of other divisions of the Company and, if necessary, implementation of problem escalations; - Processing of requests, applications as part of the company's Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management processes. - Support of events, mass complaints, planned and emergency recovery works. Requirements for candidates: - Higher (possibly incomplete) technical education; - Preferably experience in technical support, monitoring , or 1st line of support; - Understanding the principles of IT Infrastructure functioning; - Understanding Unix/Windows operating systems; knowledge of network technologies;- Understanding the purpose and principles of operation of monitoring and automation systems;- Basic knowledge of WEB technologies;- High communication skills, ability to work in a team, responsibility;- English language - proficiency for studying technical documentation, ability to conduct correspondence.
