Engineer of information and telecommunication systems of the 2nd category in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for an energetic and persistent professional for the position "Engineer of information and telecommunication systems, category 2"

Main functional duties:

- Ensuring timely registration and control of life cycles of IT and CS incidents;

- Collection, processing and analysis of information from monitoring systems;

- Processing of internal appeals users and partners of the Company;

- Operational management of actions to eliminate abnormal situations in the IT and CS area of ​​responsibility;

- Execution of program actions, according to approved procedures and instructions;

p>- Cooperation with the responsible administrators of other divisions of the Company and, if necessary, the escalation of problems;

- Processing of requests, applications within the company processes Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.

- Higher (possibly incomplete) technical education;

- Preferably experience in technical support, monitoring, 1st line of support, cyber security;

- Understanding the principles of IT Infrastructure functioning;

- Understanding Unix/Windows operating systems; knowledge of network technologies; 

- High communication skills, the ability to work in a team, responsibility;

- English language — proficiency in order to study technical documentation, ability to conduct correspondence.
