Engineer of antenna-mast structures and planned and periodic maintenance of base stations in Varus

We are looking for an Engineer of antenna-mast structures and scheduled and periodic maintenance of base stations , who will join our team lifecell - Ukrainian digital an operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, which provides real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies, an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

Performs accounting and ensures elimination of deficiencies identified during scheduled audits and inspections of network facilities.

Participates in the development of technical tasks for the reconstruction of existing and design of new ASHS.

Controls the maintenance of technical documentation regarding ASHS.

Interacts (control of work performance, issuing orders, etc.) with subcontractors in terms of maintenance and repairs at network facilities.

Provides access to the network facilities of the personnel of the Contracting Organizations for carrying out planned and emergency work on the network equipment and facilities.

Monitors the actions of subcontractors during the dismantling of network facilities.

Ensures the organization and control of the actions of subcontractors during the dismantling of network facilities.

Participates in working commissions for commissioning newly constructed network facilities.

Conducts CSR measurements, and it is possible to promptly eliminate CSR indicators that exceed the permissible ones.

Provides power supply to network facilities from mobile diesel generators.

In individual cases and at the direction of the management, makes an emergency exit to the network object in case of an accident caused by a violation of the temperature regime, restarts the air conditioner or the freecooling system, turns on the air conditioner input machine.

Performs work at height (including climbing work ) in accordance with the requirements of the work process.

4. Minimum requirements

1. Education

Level: Full higher education specialist, master

Field: Telecommunications

2. Work experience: More than 2 years preferred

3. Other requirements

Language skills - Ukrainian - advanced level, English - intermediate level

Confident PC user. Knowledge of MS office Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.

Driver's license: Category B, BE

4. Special knowledge/experience

• Knowledge in the field of construction of mobile communication networks and public communication
• Knowledge of methodical, normative and other guiding documents on technical maintenance of access network infrastructure equipment
• Prospects of technical development of the Company, organization of technical maintenance of access network equipment in the Company.
• Procedure and methods of measurements and repairs of access network infrastructure equipment
• Basics of calculations and construction of towers, masts and foundations for them
• Locations of access network infrastructure equipment, the procedure for organizing admissions of technical personnel to these facilities.
• The procedure for determining the nature and places of occurrence of hidden defects in the structures of metal/concrete-metal supports of access network infrastructure equipment
• Rules for rejecting steel ropes, masts and lifting mechanisms.
• Basic technical indicators of equipment, devices and devices necessary for operation and repair of access network infrastructure equipment
• Rules for assembly and installation of antenna masts and feeder structures.
• Control terms for the elimination of defects on the metal structures of the ASHS
• Rules for lighting antenna structures, rules for the safe operation of electrical installations and principles of their construction.
• Procedure for registration, maintenance of technical documentation and rules for drawing up technical passports for ASHS
• Basics of economy, organization of production and management.
• Rules of occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety and environmental protection. Theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to DC power supply racks -48V
• Theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to antennas of various ranges and elements of the antenna-feeder tract
