Requirements:

• Higher technical education.< /li>
• Experience in a relevant or related position for at least 3 years.
• Understanding the technologies and principles of banking IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge and skills of working with computer, network and peripheral equipment of the IT infrastructure as a whole.

• Knowledge of administration of the Microsoft Windows and MS Office operating systems.

• Knowledge of the principles of creating local computing systems and their licensing.

• Understanding of conducting banking business activities.

• Skills of conducting contractual work.

• English: Intermediate (at least written).
  
  Key responsibilities:

• Control of testing, installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of computer, peripheral equipment and telecommunications equipment of the Bank.
• Control of preventive maintenance and checking of the technical condition of bank computer equipment at users' workplaces.
• Advising users on working with software and hardware used in the Bank's branches and located in the area of ​​responsibility of the Sub-Division.
• Providing technical support for opening/closing/relocating branches.
• Carrying out measures to restore the functionality of hardware and software means, server, network and telecommunication equipment provided in the branches of the Bank and NGOs, in case of emergency or emergency situations.
• Control and accounting of the movement of computer, peripheral equipment, server and telecommunication equipment of the Bank within departments and NGOs.
