Duties: Receive and process requests from users by phone; Provide technical support to users remotely and on-site; Inform users about the progress of resolving their applications; Carry out primary diagnostics and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of equipment. Requirements: Understanding of the principles of PC diagnostics, solid practical and theoretical knowledge of PC hardware, network technologies; Knowledge of desktop OS of the Windows and Linux family at the level of a confident user; Experience in setting up network equipment; Experience in laying SCM, crimping patch cords; Respect and tolerance in the attitude towards users, sociability; Consistency, attentiveness and a natural desire to complete what has been started, even small things; Punctuality; Ability and desire to learn; Stress resistance.
