Your main responsibilities will be: organization of reliable and uninterrupted operation of technological equipment in the stores of the Network; planning and control of the execution of the budget for repairs and planned service technical maintenance; development and organization of the implementation of service regulations, instructions for the operation of technological equipment; planning, analysis and reporting on regulatory and repair work on real estate objects; conducting quality checks of the work of subcontractors for service technical maintenance of technological equipment; control and verification of pricing for services and repairs; participation in the operational committee during the transfer of the store into current operation. For the job, you will need: higher education (technical and engineering); work experience as a service engineer, an engineer in the operation of technological equipment - from 3 years; practical experience in operation and maintenance, repair of technological equipment systems, as well as bakeries of modern productions; knowledge of the market of services/goods in the field of repair, maintenance and installation of technological equipment; practical experience of analysis and optimization of costs for repair/maintenance of technological equipment; knowledge of MS Excel at the level of a confident user.
