Building and construction operation engineer in Retail Group

Working schedule: 5 working days / 2 weekends, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of technically correct operation, smooth operation, and timely repair of buildings, structures and devices on real estate objects.
• Control and ensuring the technical condition of structural elements of buildings, structures and devices that are part of property complexes of real estate objects (including shopping centers).
• Planning and control of the implementation of PPR (planned and preventive repairs) and maintenance schedules in subordinate objects.
• Control of annual and long-term repair plans of buildings and structures that are operated, identification of repair objects. Carrying out control over the implementation of repair works.
• Development of standards for performed works, setting standards for the use of materials for their implementation, resource conservation programs and implementation of resource-saving technologies.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education (construction is welcome);
• Work experience of 5 years or more;
• Confident PC user;
• Experience with 1C, SAP, FMS programs is welcome;
• Readiness for frequent business trips around Ukraine;
• Experience working with supervisors bodies;
• Experience in concluding direct contracts;
• Availability of a contractor base.
