Engineer for technical operation of premises in Kiyivstar

We are looking for a professional for the position of "Engineer for the technical operation of the premises" General purpose of the position: Ensuring quality conditions for the work of employees and the implementation of business processes in the premises of the Company in the specified territory by organizing office support for employees and technical maintenance of premises, buildings and structures that are owned Companies or leased for the needs of the Company, their engineering networks and systems. If necessary, implementation of measures to maintain lease relationships with counterparties and their documentation. Basic functional duties: Carrying out a systematic inspection of the premises, checking the operating parameters of engineering systems, and in case of detection of deviations in their work, organizes the elimination of deficiencies. Conducting systematic control over the implementation of current procedures, standards and regulations, prepared plans, schedules, and requirements of the general contract for scheduled preventive maintenance. Demands and monitors the elimination of identified deficiencies and violations. If it is necessary to carry out emergency and recovery works of engineering systems, the HPO organizes work on the immediate localization and elimination of the causes and consequences of the accident in compliance with the established SLAs. In case of deviation from the SLA, the use of measures to the application of sanctions provided for in the PPO contract. Control over the timely and high-quality execution of GPO applications received in the HPSM system from internal customers. Keeping records of consumed electricity, gas, water, etc. and transferring them to calculations in the specified document format. Inspection of fiscal equipment and organization of its delivery for repair, if necessary. Organization of metrological activities regarding the means of measuring equipment, which record energy and material resources and are used in administrative and economic activities. Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health and safety requirements, maintaining safety and occupational health documentation. Control over the presence and serviceability of fire-fighting equipment, organizing their repair, if necessary.
