Engineer for support and development of the multi-channel communication system in OKKO Group

We are looking for a multi-channel communication system support and development engineer in our team of professionals in Lviv!

What should be done?

• perform support, configuration and development of the application registration system, multi-channel communication system;
• perform configuration and troubleshooting of integrations between systems using REST API, SQL;

• perform basic analysis of business problems, search for their solutions, preparation and implementation of technical tasks.

What do we expect?

• experience working with Linux, Windows OS;
• experience working with ticket systems as a user , administrator (preferred);
• understanding of the principle of operation of network protocols TCP, UDP, HTTPS, WebSocket, REST, SSH4
• understanding of the architecture of client-server applications, including microservices, web services, API, databases and integration with other services;
• understanding of forward proxy, reverse proxy, firewall;
• communication, logical thinking, teamwork, readiness for constant independent learning.
