Engineer for remote monitoring of equipment operation (SES) in ISolar

The company focuses on providing comprehensive services, including design, installation and maintenance of solar power plants (SPP) of various capacities. We are currently inviting an Engineer for remote monitoring of SPP equipment to join our team. The main task is to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary special professional education, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Possession of theoretical basics in electrical engineering, practical experience of work in design/installation/launches/repairs/adjustment of switchboard, inverter and other electrical equipment.
• Understanding the nomenclature and characteristics of distribution equipment for low-voltage networks.
• Mastering the basics of electronics.
• Logical thinking, the ability to follow cause-and-effect relationships in events.
• Sobriety, independence and responsibility within authority.
• Punctuality, organization.
• Communicability, clean, competent pronunciation.
• Willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of the English language is at the level of reading technical documentation.

What will be included in responsibilities:

• Technical support and consultation of customers.
• Accepting applications for equipment maintenance.
• Assessment of equipment performance based on indicators provided by monitoring systems.
• Diagnosis of the causes of incorrect operation of devices and their further elimination (if possible) through settings in the system.
• Participation in the implementation of new functions, updates and testing of changes.
• Communication with other company specialists regarding the selection, configuration, operation and testing of equipment.
• Reporting in the internal CRM system.
