BSS platform operation and support engineer in lifecell

We are looking for an Engineer for the operation and maintenance of BSS platforms who will join our team lifecell - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, which provides real freedom of communication.

Functional responsibilities

• Operation and support of automated systems in the group's area of ​​responsibility, monitoring and load administration
• Processing and prevention of incidents and problems in system operation (round-the-clock 2nd level of support)
• Testing of system updates, integration tests and test support by other departments and partners
• Development and support of the monitoring system (rules) for platforms in the group's area of ​​responsibility.
• Automation of operational tasks. Writing instructions and procedures for performing work tasks
• Maintaining the knowledge base of the group
• Analyzing nuances in the operation of systems, developing and applying changes to systems to improve their efficiency

Requirements

• Education: higher technical degree (telecommunications, information technologies)
• Work experience: from 2 years
• Languages: Ukrainian - fluent; technical English - intermediate level
• Experience with Unix (bash scripting experience, knowledge of basic utilities and operating principles of OS, POSIX)
• Knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL) . Writing requests, procedures
• Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of telecommunication systems
• Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of automated computer systems (billing systems)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages ​​java, phyton, perl
