Engineer for labor organization and regulation in Nikoprogresbud, TOV

ToV "Nikoprogresbud" invites an Engineer for organization and regulation of labor to become part of our large and friendly team. We will consider the candidacy of persons with disabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in production by profession for at least one year.
• Knowledge of methods of labor regulation, production organization, forms and systems of labor payment, methods of analysis of labor indicators.
• Ability to work with technological documentation.
• A confident user of a PC (MS Office), preferably 1C.

About'connections:

• Establishment of technically justified standards of working time for various types of work, calculated on the basis of labor standards, the results of analysis of working time costs (time records, photos of working time).
• Analysis and correction of current standards.
• Compilation of reporting on standards
