Working with contracts:

• drawing up new and renewing existing contracts
• control of renewal terms and relevance of current contracts
• maintenance of information databases
• negotiations on terms of contracts

Working with counterparties:

• control of contractual obligations on the part of "VF Ukraine", as well as on the part of counterparties
• negotiations in case of disputed issues
• work with correspondence regarding contractual relations
• interaction with external organizations and controlling bodies on issues of equipment placement< /li>
• selection of places to place new equipment and negotiations with potential lessors

Responsibilities do NOT include representing the interests of the company in courts.

The area of ​​responsibility includes resolving issues on mutually beneficial terms and not leading to disputes.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in the rental industry (will be an advantage)
• Experience in conducting successful negotiations
• Knowledge of MS Office on high level
• Activity, responsibility
• Availability of driver's license and driving experience
