Contractor / Construction Site Manager in SPP Development Ukraine

We are a company, SPP Development Ukraine, a leading company in the field of renewable energy in Ukraine. In connection with the construction of new facilities, we are looking for a full-time and long-term responsible and experienced manager for the position of Engineer. The facilities are located in the Kyiv region and other regions of Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and regulatory framework.
• Ability to manage the construction process, ensure compliance with deadlines and quality control works.
• High organizational and communication competence.
• Willingness to travel all over Ukraine (company car).

Working conditions:

• Official employment with reservation, 24 calendar days of vacation, paid sick leave, etc. The trial period is 2 months.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and management the construction process at the site.
• Setting production tasks for work crews.
• Ensuring construction works in accordance with project documentation.
• Keeping records of materials used, drawing up reports on work performed and costs.
• Preparation of acts of work performed, hidden, other.
• Interaction with project managers, contractors, suppliers and control over the quality of the provision of services.
• Ensuring compliance with safety techniques at the construction site, conducting briefings for employees.
• Ensuring completion of work within the established deadlines.
