  • Conduct market analysis, competitors and user engagement tools, including communication channels, promotion mechanisms and various bonus programs;
  • Expand and optimize bonus/promo mechanisms aimed at retaining users and increasing their activity;
  • Develop and improve tools to improve user engagement, including data analysis to identify opportunities to increase platform activity;
  • Prepare and implement strategies to increase user engagement through gamification and referral programs;
  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders, shape and prioritize development scope;
  • Collaborate with development and analytics teams to validate hypothesize and implement features that improve user interaction and engagement;
  • Coordinate and oversee the integration and launch of third-party solutions/services (SMS/email providers, CRM/CDP platforms).
  • We need your professional experience:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience in the gambling/betting industry;< /li>
    • Knowledge and understanding of both internal and external communication channels, experience with CDP/CRM systems and familiarity with the mechanics of bonus campaigns in gambling games;
    • Understanding key development methodologies (Agile , Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to prioritize tasks based on their financial impact on the project;
    • Ability to analyze user behavior and data to identify ideas aimed at enhancing interaction and optimizing user interaction;
    • Hands-on experience in product hypothesis testing across all funnels (Reg2FD, FTD, STD, triggers to increase gaming activity);
    • Deep understanding of data analytics (GA, Hotjar, Tableau or similar) with ability to draw independent conclusions from data.
