Expertise inopening new accounts and establishing high-quality, lasting relationships, rather than adopting atransactional approach. Willingness totravel across Europe for client meetings. Advanced proficiency inEnglish. Acomprehensive understanding ofthe software development process. The skill topinpoint problems and needs ofpotential clients. Aproactive “getting things done” attitude, coupled with strategic thinking and the ability toplan several steps ahead. RESPONSIBILITIES Asanengagement manager, you will: Acquire knowledge about Kindgeek’s portfolio, mastering the art ofdiscerning client needs, and understanding the profiles ofour typical clients. Qualify in-bound leads &opportunities Formulate and implementing sales tactics totransform potential leads into actual clients. Coordinate the creation ofProposals inresponse toclients’ inquiries: assembling ateam ofspecialists toidentify and evaluate opportunities, and then compiling, presenting, and submitting proposals. Understand the scope ofthe proposed solution matching the client’s needs, preparing WBS, organizing the estimation process Lead all Sales-related endeavors byworking intandem with interdisciplinary teams from Sales, Marketing, Delivery Organization, and others. Collaborate with the Marketing department topinpoint opportunities and co-target accounts. Spearhead collaborative marketing projects with the marketing team. Diligently document all interactions with potential leads inthe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Looking ahead, your roles may involve: Lead Origination: Investigate and choose potential clients through thorough research. Expand Kindgeek’s client base, both new and existing, byactively fostering growth and taking initiative inbusiness development.
