We are currently looking for experienced  Engagement Analysts  to collaborate with one of our clients,  a global leader in financial services . As they continue to grow dynamically, they seek professionals to support their team in this critical role. Being a part of the  Internal Consultancy Team  you will report directly to the Transformation Lead. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to analyse and implement new activities in Group Accounting Services.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • strong accounting knowledge

We seek candidates who are willing to work from the office in Krakow twice a week, although the specifics and any potential negotiations can be discussed further.

,[reviewing both existing and new processes to be integrated into Group Accounting Services, ensuring that the processes are improved and aligned with the company’s standards. As a change manager, you will be crucial in ensuring that people have the necessary knowledge and documentation to carry out the tasks, playing a key role as a change manager in ensuring that other teammates will have the necessary knowledge and documentation to execute tasks, developing extensive strategies that guide the organisation through its transformation journey and securing that these plans align with the objectives of Group Accounting Services, analysing existing processes and identifying inefficiencies and areas where automation or optimisation can improve operational efficiency, collaborating with teams across various departments to identify transformation priorities, implementing and prioritising transformation projects, ensuring they are completed within the set timeframe, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability and assisting stakeholders at all levels in embracing change, monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and adapting strategies accordingly]
