Competition Deadline for submission of documents: from April 8, 2024 to April 17, 2024 until 24:00 (Kyiv time). To participate in the competitive selection, the applicant sends an Application* by e-mail regarding the desire to participate in the competition. The following is attached to the application: a biographical certificate (resume); a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID) with a copy of the Extract from the Unified State Demographic Register regarding the registration of the place of residence, which proves the identity; a copy of the document on higher education (additional certifications, advanced training , certificates, etc.); consent to the processing of personal data; a letter of motivation regarding the performance of the functions of an employee of the unit; recommendations (if available); registration number of the taxpayer's registration card; a copy of the military registration document (for conscripts, conscripts and reservists); copies of other documents confirming compliance with the requirements of the vacancy (certificates, certificates, extracts, etc.).*The application (according to the sample) regarding the desire to participate in the competition, the Consent (according to the sample) to the processing of personal data are filled out in the national language in your own hand, signed personally and sent together with the other specified to applications with attachments to an email address in an unchanged format (scan-copy or pdf-format). Providing advice to applicants regarding the preparation and possible improvement of the technical component of their applications for partial reimbursement. Conducting periodic online meetings of employees of the structural divisions of the Fund, which carry out evaluation of energy modernization projects, with representatives of Applicants participating in Programs of the Fund. Conducting individual consultations (online or by telephone) for each Applicant separately at the request of such Applicant. Analysis of the stages of processing by structural units of the Fund of Applications (Projects) within the Programs and stages of implementation by the Applicants of energy modernization projects. Summarization of materials regarding the implementation Applications (Projects), drawing up reports according to the stages of the Programs, preparing recommendations that are the results of the analysis. Participation in the development of projects for changes to technological maps within the framework of the Programs. Participation in the development of the internal regulatory framework, taking into account the changes and additions that arose in the process of processing Applications structural units of the Fund. Participation in the development of long-term and annual work plans of the Department. Cooperation with other units of the Fund to achieve common goals. Participation in seminars, trainings conducted by the Fund, within the scope of competence.
