End-User Support Engineer in EPAM

We are currently looking for an End-User Support Engineer to join our team of professionals.

What you will do in this role

• Processing user requests, network operations, troubleshooting (received through the ticket system) based on clearly defined processes and work instructions
• Supporting on-site and remote users in the company
• Supporting office infrastructure
• Teamwork on documents and IT processes within the company

Skills

• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems
• Experience in end-user support
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and architecture
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Understanding what communication with the end user, ability to convey information
• Basic knowledge of network work (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience of working with MS Intune, MS Entra ID

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of English at level B1 (intermediate) and above
• Basic knowledge of ITIL
