We are a Ukrainian private coal mining company, announcing a competition for the vacancy of an Employment Specialist (headhunter). Work in Novodonetsk. Requirements: Higher mining education (will be an advantage); Excel; Well-developed oral and written communication skills; Orientation to results; Own car. Functional duties: Search and selection of personnel for the enterprise; Searches and forms offers to candidates who meet the criteria of the task received; Informs management about the state of the labor market, level wages, social programs offered by competing employers for qualified personnel Searches for candidates from among the successfully working specialists of other enterprises, institutions, organizations from information databases, with the help of advertising in the mass media, the Internet, with the help of personal contacts, and other methods; Selects candidates who meet the requirements of the enterprise; Examines the personnel policy of enterprises where potential candidates work (staff turnover, downsizing, corporate culture, system and levels of remuneration, social and other guarantees) to form proposals for candidates; Establishes contact with selected candidates and discusses their options for changing employers; Checks candidates' recommendations.
