Non-governmental organization "CrimeaSOS" is the executive partner of UNHCR in Ukraine and since 2015 we have been helping public organizations to comprehensively develop and initiative groups of internally displaced persons.
Currently, we have introduced a new direction of work and have aims to help internally displaced persons return to normal life based on long-term solutions.

We invite to our team a Consultant with issues of employment, self-sufficiency and development of his business, who is ready to provide comprehensive assistance and support to IDPs at all stages of employment and mastering a new profession together with us.
Experience with the public sector and with organizations working in the field of internal displacement at least 1 year; Knowledge of job search methods, experience of conducting interviews and evaluating competencies, training of personnel, principles of resume writing. Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation; Knowledge of the local labor market and the provision of training/retraining services; Knowledge of the basics business logic and starting your own business; Higher education in the relevant field of training (management, personnel management, psychology); Knowledge of the English language (preferred); Ready for business trips. YOUR DUTIES: Analysis of the local labor market, search for current vacancies and promotion of employment of project beneficiaries; Organization of communications with local authorities, employment centers, NGOs, other stakeholders and participation in specific activities implemented by these organizations. Organization of the process of training and retraining and further support of beneficiaries. Search for additional employment opportunities; Individual counseling of candidates on employment issues: conducting profile tests, preparing for interviews, specifics of communication with employers, developing a personal employment plan for candidates, creation or development of micro and other small businesses; Organization of coaching sessions / trainings on motivation, increasing the competencies of candidates for employment and life-skills; Working with employers for the purpose of selecting candidates for current vacancies, organizing and holding job fairs and other events aimed at establishing direct contacts between beneficiaries and employers; Writing reports on current activities according to the regulations established in the project. PAY AND STAGES OF WORK: The trial period is 2 months and is paid in full. The salary is UAH 36,940 after taxes.
