Cooperation with the team of the Department of Communications to create a positive image of the company for external and internal target audiences. Management of the employer brand: development and implementation of the EPV of the employer. Creation of brand development programs and projects. Reporting: preparation of analytical reports for management on the effectiveness of employer brand development programs. Staff engagement: annual employee engagement surveys, analysis of results and development of an action plan to increase staff engagement; Organization of an internship program: development and organization "Energy Hub" internship programs for young professionals without work experience. Support and expansion of cooperation with educational institutions, organization of practical training of students and coordination of dual education.
