Employer Brand Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to win in global markets.

Today SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches from EdTech to SaaS. These are companies that have been awarded by Product Hunt, are included in the ratings of the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest steps in the AppStore and develop platforms that are used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other world media also write about SKELAR businesses.

Communications team is already actively working to make SKELAR a lovemark on the employer market. And in 2024, we are scaling the Employer Branding direction even more.

Therefore, we are currently looking for an Employer Brand Specialist, who strong> will be able to influence the establishment of SKELAR as a top of mind company among Ukrainian IT residents. The main challenge in this position is the organization of first-class events and the formation of a strong external community.

In general, the challenges of the Employer Brand Specialist:

- participation in the creation and implementation of the brand strategy employer SKELAR;
— organization of various initiatives and events (online/offline) with the aim of finding and attracting target candidates;
— work on external communities (community management under the supervision of SKELAR Employer Brand Lead, work with the involvement of participants and content moderation, generating ideas for thematic events, budget control).;
—establishing contact with domain online communities for informational partnership;
—strengthening the presence of SKELAR in the IT community through partnerships, events;
— preparation of all necessary marketing materials in cooperation with the Communications team (setting up technical specifications for design tasks);
— monitoring and control of target indicators for timely response.

The ideal candidate in our opinion has:

—Experience in organizing corporate events
—1+ year of experience in creative niches (PR/advertising/SMM/Employer Branding)
—Understanding the IT industry of Ukraine
—Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language
—Activity, sociability, initiative, stress resistance, creative thinking
—Ability to work with deadlines
—Ability to work in multitasking mode and perform tasks "under key".
—Structural thinking
—Broad outlook, well-read, insightful.

—Medical insurance, corporate doctor and psychologist.

In addition to businesses, we are developing our own SKELAR charity fundfoundation for the support of the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
