You are an ambitious Employer Brand Manager who (a) knows how to create a living brand that speaks the language of its people from dry numbers and trends. You know how to attract the attention of the best talents and maintain the internal drive of the team. What you will do: Develop employer brand strategies: create a comprehensive plan that reflects the culture, values ​​and business goals of the company. Manage the company's social networks, write expert columns, make the company recognizable in the media .Organize wow events: both external (conferences, workshops) and internal (challenges, CSR projects). ambassadors: prepare our experts for public speaking and help them shine.Analyze and improve: use metrics to improve every initiative because you are not afraid of numbers.Keep the team engaged through internal communications.What we expect from you:From 1.5 years of experience in the field of employer branding, PR, SMM, or HR marketing. Understanding of trends, strategic thinking, knowledge of marketing tools, work experience with texts and social networks.
