You will have the following tasks: Development and implementation of the Employer Brand strategy (internal&external); Organization of various activities (online/offline) to attract the strongest candidates and increase the involvement of the company's employees; Creating and launching new campaigns that emphasize Solidgate's reputation as a top employer; Organization of cooperation between universities for programs to attract young talents. Tinasha is a person if: — you have at least 1 year of experience in creative niches (PR/ advertising/ SMM/ Employer Branding); - you have an excellent command of the Ukrainian language, both written and spoken 🇺🇦; —your English is not lower than B2; — you know how to organize and request different types of activities; — you are well versed in the IT industry of Ukraine; — your communication skills are on par with C2 and you know how to work in a team; — you are familiar with various communication channels; — you generate interesting ideas 25/8 and always in a creative wave!
