What should be done? 

• Develop and implement strategies for effective promotion of the company's brand as an employer among key target audiences, clients, and partners. 
• Develop and implement strategies to support corporate culture
• Maintain external communications to attract new talent and maintain a positive image of the company on the labor market
• Create corporate communication materials (press -releases, interviews and other publications)
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tools and activities for the development of the employer brand and corporate culture, provide suggestions for their improvement
• Organize programs, activities, contests and incentives to motivate staff and attract external key audiences. 

Experience and skills we expect from candidates:

• Experience in PR (internal, corporate) from 3 years
• Experience in the implementation of employer brand development projects - attracting key target audiences in the labor market
< li>Experience of working in large system companies or in top PR-agencies (implementation of projects of large companies)
• Skills of copywriting, writing target texts with the required tone of voice
< li>Skills and experience of project management
• Knowledge of approaches to formation and rdevelopment of brand values ​​and attributes
• Knowledge of social network analysis tools, web analytics and other marketing tools
• Knowledge of SMM, SEO and content quality analysis tools
• Higher education - marketing, PR, humanities, socio-political sciences, economics and entrepreneurship
